Refill Information

At HomeTown Pharmacy, we make it easy and convenient to request refills for your prescriptions from our online portal. Just fill out the form below and we will begin processing your refill before you ever walk into the pharmacy. Please allow one hour for your online refill request to be processed and ready for pick up.

If you aren’t sure where to find your refill information, here’s a sample label that highlights the required information you will need to provide when requesting your refill.

You will receive a phone call from the pharmacy once your prescription is ready for pick-up.

Your refill will be delivered locally within 2 days of refill request.

This application is for requesting refills of prescriptions already filled at one of our stores. State law requires that all new prescriptions be delivered in person or be phoned in by your doctor. We gladly welcome transfers of prescriptions from other pharmacies. Please call to have your prescription transferred at no cost to you. All personal information submitted on this form will be held in strict confidence and is covered by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before submitting.

*Be sure to enter the number exactly as it appears on your medication as the system will not alert you for incorrect numbers.
Use this box to specify any additional items you'd like with your refill. Example: Ibuprofen, Vitamin C, and some Cough Drops.
