To earn points, you must present your HomeTown Values Program card each time you make a purchase. If you forget your card, save your receipt and present it the next time you visit one of our locations. Your account will be credited at that time. HomeTown Values Program members must have a valid address or email address on file in order to receive award coupons. Your HomeTown Values Program card is not a charge card and has no cash value. Members of the HomeTown Values Program will be awarded one point for each dollar spent on the purchase of all merchandise. Award coupons will be mailed or emailed to members and expire 90 days after date of issue. There will be no cash refund and no points earned when redeeming HomeTown Values Program award coupons. Members earn points when they purchase store gift certificates; however, points are not issued when the gift certificate is redeemed. HomeTown Values Program cards and award coupons are nontransferable. Lost/stolen or additional cards will be issued for $5.00 each. Lost/stolen award coupons will not be replaced. Earned points will be carried over annually. You never lose a point with the HomeTown Values Program. Corporations and institutional accounts are not eligible for memberships. HomeTown Pharmacy will not sell or rent your name, address, or personal information, to any other company or organization. HomeTown Pharmacy can cancel the HomeTown Values Program at any time. HomeTown Pharmacy, at its sole discretion, can select the merchandise included in this program, without notice to members. HomeTown Values Program points cannot be earned on delivery charges, installation/labor charges, sales tax, consultations, liquor, wine, beer or lottery.
