Long Term Care Pharmacy

HomeTown operates five long-term care pharmacies strategically to service senior communities and their residents throughout the entire state of Michigan as well as northern Ohio regions. Each of our long term care pharmacies have a dedicated team of professionals including pharmacists, technicians, nurses, billing specialists and delivery drivers. Our services are tailored to provide optimal medication outcomes, to reduce hospital admissions, to contain costs, and improve quality assurance measures. Our facility has worked with Hometown Pharmacy since 2007. They have been professional, friendly, accommodating, and timely. What has impressed me the most is their focus on service to both our residents and our staff. They have been willing to make extra trips to accommodate the delivery of urgent medications for our residents and have health directly with families over billing matters. Their staff communicates with physician offices and insurance companies in an attempt to make things smoother for their customers.
