Long Term Care Service Coordinator – Parchment

The LTC Service Coordinator reports directly to the LTC Director of Service as a key member of the LTC Services team. This position requires dedication and commitment to the success and culture of the operation through out HTP customers and business partners. This job entails strong communication and professional development along with a top quality service attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing at LTC facilities
  • Communicate with facilities on behalf of the LTC Service Director
  • Research and address client concerns, and work with LTC Service team to resolve issues
  • Assist in coordinating/scheduling nursing inservices and training sessions
  • Coordinate the vaccination clinic schedule for our LTC facilities
  • Aid in the creation and layout of the facility newsletter
  • Maintain facility contact list for all LTC locations
  • Schedule drug rep appointments and dinner programs for the LTC team
  • Assist as needed with new facility start ups

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary professional and ethical behavior
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to travel, valid driver’s license
